Who we are & what we do
Founded on over a decade of public health experience, we deliver evidence-based wellbeing solutions through training, consultancy and specialist support.
A human approach to wellbeing
We Do Wellbeing was established by Dawn Foster in 2015, the ethos behind which was a result of Dawn’s experiences working in NHS and Local Authority health and wellbeing services for over a decade - developing a strong sense that things needed to be approached differently.
Dawn passionately believes that every person deserves to be treated as an individual and to be supported in a way which is genuine, authentic and non-judgemental.
“Dawn is highly responsive, adaptable to complex settings, and has a strong understanding of wellbeing in real-world systems”
Expanding our reach
From the early days of developing mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions, both the training and development and consultancy elements of We Do Wellbeing have grown and developed into new and exciting places.
All of our work is underpinned by evidence and learning from the field of Public Health. Dawn is now a Fellow member of the Royal Society for Public Health and regularly consults for them across a range of projects and training programmes.
Our team of freelance consultants have decades of experience and ongoing passion for their speciality areas within the field of public health and we also work with specialists in governance and quality assurance to ensure everything we do meets the highest levels of efficacy.
